Taptiva
Overview
Taptiva is a remote touch control application for Mac. It allows users to control their Mac using an iPhone or Android device over a local network.
Taptiva is designed to work without requiring an account, cloud service, or subscription.
Data Collection
Taptiva does not collect, store, or sell personal information. We do not operate a cloud service that receives or stores the information exchanged between your devices.
Local Network Communication
Taptiva communicates directly between your Mac and your mobile device over your local network.
Information exchanged during this connection is used solely to provide the remote control functionality of the application.
Accessibility Permission
Taptiva requires macOS Accessibility permission to perform remote control actions on your Mac, such as interacting with the mouse, keyboard, and other supported system controls.
This permission is managed by macOS and can be revoked at any time in System Settings → Privacy & Security → Accessibility.
Third-Party Services
Taptiva does not use third-party advertising services, analytics services, or tracking technologies to collect information about users.
Children's Privacy
Taptiva does not knowingly collect personal information from children or other users.
